Job Purpose

To support the operational management of North Northamptonshire Council’s Repairs and Maintenance Service and contractors, delivering a high-quality, customer-focused, and cost-effective repairs and maintenance function.

The postholder will ensure the Council remains compliant with all statutory and legal obligations relating to gas safety, property maintenance, health and safety, and environmental legislation while supporting the delivery of responsive repairs and planned maintenance services.
