**What you’ll do:**

+ Carry out strip-down, rebuild, testing, and fault diagnosis on electrical, pump, and mechanical units
+ Support the achievement of turnaround times on key civil and military contract units through efficient and effective practices
+ Ensure compliance with safe working practices and site regulations
+ Collaborate with engineers and the wider team to improve quality, cost, and delivery performance
+ Work flexibly, using your own initiative while being a strong team player
