Johnson Service Group (JSG) is seeking an Excel- Reporting Operations Support Specialist to provide Excel-focused operational support for monthly client reporting. This is a remote position. Must live in Pacific, Mountain or Central time zone.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday - 8:00am- 5:00pm. 

Hourly pay range: $25-$27.00 per hour



Positon Summary: 

This position reports to the Manager, Business Intelligence & Reporting and provides Excel-focused operational support for monthly client reporting. The role is scoped to repeatable, process-driven tasks including report preparation, file cleanup, dashboard refresh support, and validation activities. The incumbent in this role helps protect delivery timelines and SLAs by enabling senior analysts to focus on audit accuracy, issue resolution, and analytical review.
