Position Overview

Location: Hermosillo, SO.

MCI is a leading BPO company specializing in personalized solutions. We are seeking bilingual customer service representatives to handle inbound calls, basic technical troubleshooting, and office processing for commercial and public sector support. In this entry‑level role you will receive paid on‑the‑job training. Prior contact center experience is not required; experience in customer service, technical support, internal sales, or office support is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and live chat with courtesy, timeliness, and professionalism.
• Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve problems.
• Escalate issues to appropriate staff and management when necessary.
• Resolve issues on the first call whenever possible.
• Follow customer program processes and carry out tasks courteously and professionally.
