            Job Description
Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders across departments.
Conduct process mapping and workflow analysis to identify inefficiencies and recommend optimization strategies.
Collaborate with IT, product, and operations teams to translate business needs into functional specifications.
Develop user stories, use cases, and detailed requirement documents in alignment with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Facilitate workshops, requirement validation sessions, and stakeholder meetings to ensure clarity and consensus.
Maintain a centralized requirements traceability matrix and track changes throughout the project lifecycle.
