KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* *Full-Function Financial Governance:* Taking complete corporate custody of the accounting, taxation, FP&A, internal audit, treasury, and commercial operations across a multi-brand retail architecture.

* *Scale & Outlet Expansion Modeling:* Partnering with promoters to design, evaluate, and stress-test financial models for rapid retail unit deployment, store-level EBITDA optimization, and multi-city rollouts.

* *Corporate Institutionalization & IPO Prep:* Structuring corporate governance layers, robust internal controls, and financial reporting standards to prepare the enterprise for institutional capital cycles or future IPO readiness journeys.

* *Cross-Border Financial Management:* Overseeing complex international transaction nodes, including foreign remittances, cross-border royalty streams, franchise fee structures, and global vendor accounts.
