• Lead and manage Transfer Pricing engagements.
• Advise clients on UAE Transfer Pricing and OECD requirements.
• Review Transfer Pricing documentation, benchmarking studies, and intercompany agreements.
• Support clients with Transfer Pricing planning, compliance, and audits.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Lead business development initiatives and mentor the Transfer Pricing team.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of Transfer Pricing experience, including at least 2 years of experience in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax, UAE Transfer Pricing regulations, OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines, and international tax principles.
