Position Overview

            
Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs tailored to field sales teams, distributors, and retail partners.
Conduct regular field visits to assess on-ground performance, identify training gaps, and implement corrective action plans.
Train sales personnel on product knowledge, sales techniques, promotional execution, and brand guidelines.
Develop training materials, job aids, and digital content (videos, presentations, quick reference guides) that support learning and retention.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through KPIs, feedback, and post-training assessments.
