Position Overview

            Oversee all aspects of sorting center operations, from inbound processing to outbound dispatch.
Ensure consistent compliance with SLAs at the ground level across all operational activities.
Implement and monitor loss control strategies to minimize package discrepancies and operational losses.
Lead and support teams in achieving performance targets and maintaining high service standards.
Identify operational bottlenecks and drive process improvements to enhance throughput and accuracy.


RequirementsProven experience in logistics or operations management within a high-volume sorting or distribution environment.
