Key Responsibilities: Manage daily office administration and ensure efficient operations Maintain company documents, records, and filing systems Coordinate with management, employees, clients, and service providers Prepare reports and handle administrative correspondence Monitor office supplies and support general office requirements Assist with operational and logistical coordination when required Ensure all administrative processes are organized and up to date Requirements Previous experience in administration, office management, or a similar role Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel Professional attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities Must hold a valid driving licence Experience in a contracting or construction company will be an advantage
