Position Overview

            Job Description
Coordinate daily operational activities across technology teams to ensure alignment with project timelines and deliverables.
Maintain and update project documentation, operational dashboards, and process workflows.
Serve as a point of contact between technical teams, product managers, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to project delivery, resource utilization, and operational efficiency.
Assist in onboarding new team members and managing onboarding checklists and documentation.
Identify process bottlenecks and recommend data-driven improvements to enhance productivity and scalability.
