The role

focuses on early engagement, requirement clarification, and technical integration, ensuring evolving user needs are understood, feasible and appropriately scoped within approved capability, engineering, and contractual constraints.

The Requirements Integration Officer will be accountable for:

Conducting habitual engagement with emerging projects and user communities, including SOCOMD, particularly where weapon platforms or configurations are undergoing change (e.g. weekly R2–R4 engagements).

Supporting early identification and clarification of user‑driven technical requirements, ensuring they are well defined, traceable, and technically coherent.

Confirming that SOCOMD and other user technical requirements are met within approved capability, scope, and design intent.

Applying sound technical judgement to provide appropriate pushback where requests exceed technical feasibility, approved scope, or program constraints.
