Position Overview

            Responsibilities  Develop and implement the requirements management plan  in alignment with project and stakeholder expectations. 
Capture validate and manage system and subsystem requirements across engineering disciplines. 
Maintain full requirements traceability  from source to verification using tools such as DOORS NG  and ComplyPro . 
Coordinate with engineering design systems assurance and delivery teams to ensure requirements compliance. 
Monitor changes and manage the requirements baseline  through controlled change management processes. 
Prepare and deliver reports on requirements status coverage and gaps for internal and external stakeholders. 
Support the review of contractor submissions technical specifications and interface requirements. 
Facilitate workshops and meetings for requirements elicitation and validation. 
Ensure alignment with applicable
