Investigating Cognitive Flexibility in Complex Real-World Problem-Solving Contexts
Project IntroductionThis project focuses on cognitive flexibility (CF) of adolescents which is a critical component of how Singapore students strategise in exploring and thriving in an increasingly uncertain and volatile world. The project is aligned to challenge statement 3, in which SoL techniques aim to prepare students to be developmentally ready prior to entering the workforce by offering pre-employment training. CF is critical in preparing students to transition across different contexts of learning and later in navigating the transition between school and work successfully.
