Support the design, implementation, and day‑to‑day coordination of hospital‑at‑home pilot projects and service initiatives.
Collect, manage, and analyse clinical, operational, and patient experience data to evaluate programme outcomes.
Engage clinicians, administrators, community partners, and other stakeholders to optimise workflows and care pathways.
Prepare reports, presentations, and research outputs, and contribute to grant applications, publications, and continuous improvement activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s (for Research Assistant equivalent) or Master’s (for Research Associate equivalent) Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
Relevant experiences in similar role / technical hands‑on experience in algorithm and software development
