Overview WuXi AppTec is looking for a highly motivated Research Associate II to join our biophysics team in Natick, MA. This role will provide lab support for both small and large molecule client projects using a range of biophysical techniques. Responsibilities Support biophysical binding assays Follow SOP's and perform SPR, TSA, MST, and other biophysical assays as required Support instrument maintenance Understanding of protein sciences, including binding affinity and kinetics Effectively communicate with internal team colleagues and external clients to promote world class services Qualifications Experience / Education Bachelor's degree in biochemistry, biophysics, chemistry, or a lab-based discipline required. 2+ year of work experience is preferred Demonstrated strong understanding of complex scientific procedures and technical proficiency with in vitro based assays Outstanding written and oral communication and interpersonal skills to seamlessly fit into a team-orient...
