Overview

Responsible for managing recruitment and selection services, supporting consultants in achieving their goals within Wyser’s Technology team in São Paulo. This role involves participating in processes across Brazil for both national and international clients.

As a Life Changer, you will:

• Support the entire recruitment and selection process through research, analysis, pre‑screening, interviews, and recommendations, always aiming for excellence.
• Make strategic decisions regarding recruitment approaches and outreach channels for each project, working in partnership with consultants to achieve the best results.
• Assist consultants in sourcing candidates to be introduced into the recruitment process for later client presentation.
