Summary:
Location: Wilmington, DE Responsibilities: Lead application-focused research efforts that provide direct technical support to R&D projects in paints and coatings, construction materials, water, and the energy industries, fostering innovation. Contribute to the development of company formulations using new and existing active ingredients and next-generation delivery technologies. Utilize analytical chemistry techniques, including HPLC, to characterize the performance criteria of new formulations. Collaborate with lead scientists, other research associates, and broader interdisciplinary teams, including regulatory, marketing, and product development, to support and drive projects from concept to commercialization.
