Position Overview
The Department of Population and Public Health Sciences, Division of Environmental Health is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish), dependable, flexible, and detail-oriented individual to assist in a research study called the “Maternal and Developmental Risks from Environmental and Social Stressors (MADRES)” Study. The study is investigating the effects of air pollutants, chemicals, and stress on maternal and child health outcomes.
Employment involves (1) completing survey questionnaires by phone in English and Spanish; (2) reviewing questionnaire responses from participants (3) entering data into computer databases; (4) scheduling appointments for research visits with participants and conducting research visits to conduct study procedures; (5) collecting biological specimens from participants; (6) assisting with creation of reports, study documents, and questionnaires; (7) consenting participants in Spanish and English and explaining to participants how to complete the ...
