Research & Development Manager is responsible for developing of fresh dairy products for various European markets taking part in innovation, renovation and productivity projects. This role representing the R&I interests to multiple internal cross-functional partners and to external partners during all projects.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Coordinating and execution of all R&I tasks required to ensure progression through the stage gates of the project management system including: lab prototyping, organization of pilot plant tests, conducting industrial tests in plants, leading industrial product launches, conducting and interpretation of analytical measurementsParticipating in the design of consumer tests, organizing sample production, and ensuring product quality for the consumer testCooperating with internal stakeholders (.
