We are seeking a highly motivated self-driven Research Engineer to join our research lab at A*STAR ISCE2 based on Jurong Island. You will work on sustainable soft materials with advanced properties for applications in bioengineering, CO2 capture and advanced manufacturing.
Responsibilities - Support the conceptualization and development of new polymer materials for novel applications, including active CO2 capture, sensor, actuator and 3D printing.
- Operate basic analytical and evaluation instruments.
- Document and maintain accurate test records and reports; prepare documents for technology disclosure, patent filing and research publications.
- Ensure adherence to departmental policies, safety guidelines, and compliance requirements.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and team members.
