**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, physics, electrical engineering, machine learning or equivalent equivalent practical experience
+ 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
+ 5 years of experience with training of Machine Learning models.
+ Experience in industry or a research lab working on machine learning problems and engineering workflows.

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ Experience with data analysis at scale, data visualization and data ingestion pipelines for training models.
+ Experience with Large Language Models and notably Agents and Tools.
+ Working knowledge of JAX/PyTorch or similar frameworks.
