Tasks

• Speaking with candidates daily across the Czech and Slovak markets, building strong relationships and understanding their career aspirations.


• Proactively sourcing, identifying, and engaging high-quality candidates using a variety of recruitment tools, networking platforms, and market research techniques.


• Conducting candidate interviews and screening calls to assess skills, experience, motivations, and suitability for current and future opportunities.


• Building genuine relationships with candidates, acting as a trusted point of contact throughout the recruitment process rather than simply sending CVs.
