Conducting analyses of volatile compounds in beverage, confectionery, and culinary samples, as well as special projects in the Analytical Flavor Insight department Sample preparation, analysis, and data interpretation (GC-FID-MS, GCO, NMR)Developing methods for qualitative and quantitative GC-MS and NMR analysesIndependently performing maintenance & hardware troubleshooting on instrumentsWorking closely with the Flavor Creation, as well as other Analytical and R&D teams within the ADM global networkWhat will make you successfulYou have a bachelor’s or master’s degree or a PhD in food chemistry, chemistry, pharmacy, or a related field, and you already have professional experiencePractical experience in GC, GC-MS, and ...
