Responsibilities

+ Develop assays related to antibody discovery.

+ Execute laboratory workflows efficiently.

+ Author documents and Electronic Lab Notebook entries.

+ Create Standard Operating Procedures and other laboratory documentation.

+ Present results and key findings at project and group meetings.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in assay development and antibody discovery.

+ Experience with lab automation, Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR), and Biolayer Interferometry (BLI).

+ Knowledge of ELISA, HEK293, CHO, DSF/SLS/DLS, CE-SDS, transfection, and purification.
