Job Summary:

The Department of Research is seeking a part-time Research Associate to support a mental health research study focused on participant engagement and study coordination. Working within a small, collaborative research team, this role will assist with participant recruitment, outreach, interview administration, study tracking, and coordination of research-related activities with participants, clinics, and external partners. The position is primarily remote, with occasional onsite clinic support as needed, and plays a key role in ensuring the successful execution of a sponsored human-subjects research study.
Assists with research support by implementing day-to-day operations of projects, monitoring resources for research studies, and following federal and local regulations, standard operating procedures, and Institutional Review Board (IRB) approved protocols.
