Overview

Vaasan ammattikorkeakoulu (VAMK) seeks two leading researchers to head new research groups at the university's TKI and business unit. The leading researcher acts as the content and strategic leader of the research group, responsible for several demanding national and international projects. The role is not managerial.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the group's productivity, quality, impact, and strategic direction.
• Prepare and lead complex projects such as Horizon Europe, EIC, CEF, InvestEU, Digital Europe, Erasmus+ CoVE, LIFE, and EIT.
• Build and coordinate large consortia.
• Develop research networks regionally, nationally, and internationally.
• Produce high-quality publications.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree.
• Strong publication and project history.
• Proven experience in securing international research funding.
• Leadership skills. The role is not managerial.
