You’ll lead a team of Reservation Sales Specialists responsible for converting inbound demand into booked nights and long‑term members. This is a metrics‑driven role where you’ll own your team’s performance end‑to‑end: pipeline health, follow‑ups, call quality, conversion, and overall output.
Beyond day‑to‑day management, you’ll identify gaps, implement solutions, and continuously improve how we sell — including leveraging automation and AI tools to increase efficiency and consistency.
