Job Description

Do you consider yourself an engaging person with good negotiation skills that can deliver excellent service that our guests will love, in ways that are in line with our budget figures? Do you have previous room reservations, meetings or conference booking experience using Opera Cloud/Delphi Systems, and are you comfortable multi-tasking your way through a fast-paced workload whilst delivering an array of different guest requirements alongside the hotels Ops team?

This dual role supporting both the reservations and event sales team is heavily administrative-based, requiring the successful candidate to effectively and efficiently deal with day-to-day enquiries, updating systems and taking payments for bookings alongside providing an outstanding customer experience reflecting brand and company standards.
