Position Overview:
As the Reservation Manager, you will be at the heart of our guest experience, responsible for overseeing all aspects of room reservations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maximizing occupancy rates. You will manage the reservations team, develop and implement booking strategies, and work closely with the Front Office, Sales, and Marketing departments to align on business goals and deliver exceptional service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the reservations department, ensuring all incoming reservations are processed efficiently and accurately.
Manage reservation channels (phone, email, website, OTAs) and optimize room availability and rates for maximum profitability.
