This is a full-time on‑site Reservations Officer role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.

• The Reservations Officer will handle booking inquiries, manage reservations systems, assist customers with travel details, process airline ticketing requests, and ensure high‑quality service delivery.
• Additional responsibilities include coordinating with team members and supporting marketing/sales‑related activities to meet customer needs effectively.
• Experience in reservations and booking systems is an advantage.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Sales skills and the ability to upsell services.
• Knowledge of airline ticketing is preferred.
• Able to work in a fast‑paced environment with attention to detail.
• Travel and hospitality experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
