Reservations Officer

One Hatfield Hospital, part of Phoenix Hospital Group, are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Reservations Officer and a full time permanent basis. The successful Reservations Officer will be responsible for coordinating patient reservations and ensuring a smooth and efficient booking process for patients, consultants and internal departments.

Reporting to the Senior Reservations Officer, you will often be the first point of contact for patients and key stakeholders, so providing a professional, friendly and efficient service is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage patient appointment and admission reservations via telephone, email and internal referrals
• Maintain consultants clinic diaries and availability
• Communicate booking confirmations and relevant information to patients
