Position Overview

What You Bring Hospitality qualification or equivalent preferred Minimum 3 to 5 years hotel reservations experience within a 4 or 5-star environment Proven experience handling and converting all reservations segments Strong knowledge of Opera (essential) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English High level of attention to detail and accuracy Exceptional administrative skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays What You Will Do Manage all reservation enquiries across all business segments Process, modify and confirm reservations accurately via email, telephone and online platforms Monitor room inventory, availability, rates and booking patterns to maximise occupancy and revenue Handle cancellations, amendments, no-shows and rebookings efficiently Liaise with Sales and Events teams on contracts, allocations, room blocks and cut-off dates Manage rooming lists,...
