SUMMARY: This position is a live-in position, coordinating the administrative responsibilities and retention programming of the Davenport University campus living community. Primary responsibilities include the daily operations and the supervision of the daily operations of a living community for students. This includes the development of students, the supervision of resident assistant staff, student leaders, and other student employees, the management and oversight of facilities, facilitating crisis management, developing and executing programming, and effectively collaborating with other university departments. These responsibilities are performed in an ethical manner consistent with the University’s mission, vision, and values which include diversity, equity, and inclusion. RESPONSIBILITIES:
