Student Desk Workers (SDW’s) are one tier of our security structure and first impressions of our Resident Halls. As a team member of the Office of Residential Life and Housing, SDW’s are an integral part of daily Residential Life Operations and overall experience for residents in our communities.

Worker Expectations:
SDW’s are expected to arrive on time for all scheduled and assigned shifts.
SDW’s are expected to stay for entire scheduled shifts.
SDW’s are expected to find appropriate coverage for shifts they become unavailable to work.
SDW’s are expected to actively participate in all training workshops and in-service programs.
