The work of the Residence Life Specialist centers on coordinating housing operations to include summer programs and camps, enhancing students' residential living and learning experiences through supervising and developing Residence Assistants (RAs), and supporting Greek Life. This position blends operations along with student engagement, cultivating a strong sense of belonging, and supporting student success within Wabash's residential communities.

Coordinate room selection processes, including room assignments, roommate selection, and housing agreements for independent students.
