ABOUT THE ROLE As a CBRE Condominium Manager, you will support the Asset Manager to coordinate all aspects of a portfolio. This job is part of the Property Management job function. They are responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group.
WHAT YOU WILL DO - Confirm that services are provided in compliance with policies, procedures, regulations and contractual obligations and standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of all common areas, equipment, public walkways and external façade. Recommend and approve alterations, maintenance, and reconditioning.
- Respond to escalated resident's needs, ensuring that issues get resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
- Create and maintaining good rapport with residents and council members.
