**Job Summary:**

Key Responsibilities:

+ Coordinates all aspects of the annual Residency recruitment process.
+ Coordinates initial onboarding process, orientation, and annual program progression from Match date through graduation.
+ Serves as primary liaison to the Graduate Medical Education (GME) Office as it relates to the Residency program.
+ Maintains the various databases required for compliance, including ERAS, NRMP, ABA, and MedHub.
+ Supports the Education Manager with data collection, administrative management, and coordinating accreditation activities - ACGME site visits, internal reviews, annual program reviews, etc.
