Key Responsibilities
Be stationed full-time on site, from not less than 6 months before BSC until CWW is obtained.
Oversee construction works to ensure compliance with design drawings, specifications, and local regulations.
Monitor and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and environmental compliance.
Conduct regular site inspections to track progress, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve technical and site-related issues.
Ensure compliance with BCA requirements, local building codes, and authority submissions, and support inspections and audits.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, highlighting risks, delays, and quality issues.
