Provide onsite support to troubleshoot and remediation for following technology: Network Infrastructure, Wireless connectivity and Printer Driver Issues
Assist in the following technology: System Infrastructure, Meeting Room Booking System (app), Door Access System (Key Card, Facial Scan, QR Code), Booking System (app), Skype & Microsoft Exchange and Printing Facility
Provide technical assistance and support for users
Conduct routine maintenance
Minor network changes and setup (eg. new SSID creation, configure new network point, etc.)
Training (Policies & End User Computing Policies)
Review of user access to ensure dormant/obsolete user accounts are removed or made inactive in the system in a timely manner following appropriate authorization
Maintain & ensure site documentation are up to date
