Parsons is seeking a resident engineer to oversee major stormwater, roads, and infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Site Engineers, Inspectors, and Surveyors.
• Act as the Engineer’s representative during construction.
• Manage and coordinate daily site activities with the Contractor.
• Monitor and inspect construction works for compliance with contract requirements.
• Issue instructions to correct non‑conforming works, materials or equipment.
• Review shop drawings, method statements, RFIs, material submissions and as‑built drawings.
• Advise on variations, claims, and contractor payments.
• Monitor progress and report actual vs planned performance.
• Maintain site records, reports, and project documentation.
