* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (required)* Postgraduate qualification in Hydraulics, Structural Engineering, or Water Resources (desirable)* Minimum 10–15 years of professional civil engineering experience* At least 7–10 years in dams and hydropower projects* Proven experience in: Upper works construction (spillways, intake, gates, powerhouse superstructure); Site supervision or resident engineering roles; Contractor management and construction coordination* Experience with FIDIC-based or donor-funded projects is an advantage* Supervision of dam and hydropower upper works* Concrete works, reinforced concrete structures, and hydraulic structures* Interpretation of engineering drawings, specifications, and BOQs* Quality assurance, inspection, and testing
