The Resident Housekeeper plays a key role in ensuring the property of private residential blocks with 22

flats remains clean, safe, and welcoming for all residents and visitors. This position is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across communal areas, external pathways, and shared facilities, as well as undertaking regular inspections and reporting any issues promptly. The role supports the smooth operation of the site by helping to create a well‑presented, secure, and comfortable environment.

This is a live‑in role based in South Kensington, requiring the postholder to reside full‑time in an onsite 2-bedroom flat for the duration of their employment.
