About the Role

We are working with a large, well-established property maintenance company who is seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join their team on a temporary basis initially.

As the Resident Liaison Officer, you will act as the main point of contact between residents, site teams, and the client, ensuring clear communication and a positive customer journey throughout the works.
