Lead the operations of our iconic beachfront resort, delivering refined experiences with authentic Balinese hospitality.
Inspire the team to uphold exceptional service standards and a culture of excellence.
Drive operational performance with focus on guest satisfaction and business success.
Represent the resort with grace, building relationship with guests, partners and community.

Qualifications

Proven experiences as a Resident Manager, or a minimum 2 years as Executive Assistant Manager within a reputable international 5-star environment.
Strong preference for candidates with previous Accor experiences and a solid background in operation and management.
A collaborative and inspiring leader with a strong commercial, loyalty, brand standards and all ecosystem of Accor or any other international group.
