Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced and diligent Resident Technical Officer (Civil &Structural) to join our project team for a high rise residential development at Chuan Groove . The successful candidate will ensure all site works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and BCA regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities - Regulatory Supervision: Perform site supervision duties per BCA regulations ; report to the Project QP and Project Engineer.
- Quality Control: Oversee execution according to approved materials and methods. Inspect site and surrounding structures for damage.
- Technical Oversight: Supervise Earth Works, ERSS, monitoring instruments, Basement construction, and PPVC construction and Architectural finishing work.
