Resident Technical Officer (RTO)
to join our site operations and engineering team for various LTA and HDB projects. You will act as the site representative of the Qualified Person (QP), technical/engineering support, and be responsible for ensuring that construction works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and local regulations. Key Responsibilities: Supervise site works and ensure compliance with design specifications, drawings, and regulatory standards. Conduct routine inspections and monitor construction progress. Maintain detailed site records including site diaries, inspection reports, and defect logs. Identify and report site irregularities or unsafe practices to the QP and project team.
