**_Position Purpose:_**

As a Residential Care Advisor-Medical & Financial in the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities department at Pittsburgh Mercy, you will provide person-centered residential support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This is a **Direct Care** position, centered on providing hands-on support to residents in their daily lives. It focuses on coordinating medical care and financial support to promote health, stability, and quality of life.
