Position Statement:

The Case Manager plays a key role in the coordination, management, documentation and support of the treatment and programming of youth within our care. Of equal importance is the Case Manager’s role of liaison, developing and maintaining rapport and communication with the county, family and the youth. The Case Manager is a full-time benefit eligible position that is scheduled in a manner that best accommodates the individual and case-by-case needs of treatment programming. Work weeks in excess of 40 hours and weekend hours can be occasionally anticipated. All overtime hours requires pre-authorization.
