We’re looking for warm, motivated Residential Childcare Support Workers to join our welcoming team at Bayview. You’ll work in one of our family-style homes in Heysham or rural North Lancaster, each supporting up to four young people.

You’ll help children aged – with social, emotional and behavioural needs to build confidence, develop life skills and achieve positive outcomes.
